Marsh & McLennan brought their top leaders together for an experiential event focused on inspiring open-mindedness and creative-driven thinking. Our team was tasked with designing the identity, experience and materials around this innovative event — The Creator’s Mindset. Designed to challenge the leaders approach to innovative problem solving, this event crafted an experimental environment that aimed at teaching ways of unlocking solutions together for current and future business challenges within the organization.

Working with The Project Twins to develop thought-provoking illustrations for the visual identity, we designed an experience that embraced creativity while also helping guide leaders through breakout sessions and exercises.
